Shipping & Returns
Shipping and Production Policy
All of our products are done by hand and created upon request. In the case bulk items are requested please allow 3-5 additional days for production. Generally, all products are completed within 1 week.
The expected transit time is between 1-7 days. If an item must arrive by a certain date please contact us directly. All items will be wrapped securely and shipped via USPS Priority Mail where you will receive a tracking number.
We strive to use the cheapest shipping method possible to help keep your final cost down while maintaining our level of packaging quality. Large orders will be shipped using flat rate boxes. If any shipping has been overpaid, we will refund the difference with your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns for most items for a refund of the original price minus a 30% restocking fee. Due to the handmade nature of these items, we do not accept cancellations. In order to return an item please take the following steps.

Ship items back with 14 days of delivery.
Note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Custom made items or personalized orders.
Any text printed onto an item for you is considered a personalized order (i.e. printing a name onto a mug).
Monogram/initial pendants, cufflinks, and jewelry are custom made items.
Perishable products (food or flowers).
In the case an item arrives damaged or defective, please provide evidence, and we will happily work on a solution for you.
Refunds are unavailable in the case of buyer's remorse or buyer error. If you feel that you had made a mistake in your order, or if you simply no longer want your product please contact us immediately. You may return your product to us and will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Store credit or promo code may be provided to you in lieu of a refund.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the product. We are happy to do an exchange on any unworn product for unsatisfactory colors or image quality. Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping fees and tracking for this service. Once we receive the item, we will send out a replacement with tracking number.
